You don’t have to hold this anymore.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or like no matter what you do you can’t fully relax… you’re not alone in that. A lot of the women I work with come in feeling the exact same way — like they’ve been carrying too much for too long.
This is a space where you can finally start to put some of that down.
A space where you don’t have to keep trying to make everything work, or push your way through something that just isn’t opening. Instead, you get to soften, take a breath, and allow your body to come back to a place of calm in its own way.
And in that space, things start to shift. Not because you forced them to, but because you stopped holding so tightly.
There is a way forward, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. You’re allowed to be guided there.
A space to soften
Most people don’t realize just how much they’re holding in their body until they finally slow down enough to feel it...
It can show up as tension, constant stress, feeling on edge, or just this underlying sense that you can’t fully relax even when you try. And a lot of the time, the instinct is to keep pushing through it or trying to “figure it out.”
Many of the women I work with come in feeling overwhelmed, holding stress in their body, and unsure how to actually relax - even when they try.
But the truth is, not everything is meant to be solved with force.
This work is about giving your body a different experience. One where you don’t have to perform, fix, or force anything. You simply get to soften, and let your system begin to unwind in a way that feels natural and safe.
And as that happens, things start to release without you having to make them.
When you stop pushing so hard, you create space to feel what’s already there… and what might be guiding you forward.
You are not meant to do this alone
One of the biggest things I see is how much people feel like everything is on them. Like they have to make the right decision, fix what’s not working, and somehow hold everything together at the same time.
That’s exhausting
And it’s also not how this is meant to work.
There’s a difference between constantly trying to make something happen and allowing yourself to be led toward what’s actually meant for you.
Sometimes the reason something isn’t working isn’t because you’re doing it wrong, it’s because it’s not yours to force open.
And when you begin to soften, even just a little, you start to notice things differently. What feels aligned. What doesn’t. What’s opening naturally, and what keeps requiring effort.
There is something greater at work in your life, whether you call it guidance, faith, or something else entirely. And when you stop gripping so tightly, you can start to feel it supporting you.
That’s where a different kind of relief comes in - not from doing more, but from not having to carry it all by yourself.

Meet Alyssa
I’m Alyssa, and the work I do comes from a very real place.
There was a time in my life where my nervous system felt constantly on edge. I was overwhelmed, holding a lot internally, and trying to keep everything together the best I could. On the outside things may have looked fine, but internally, it was a different story.
Like a lot of women, I thought the answer was to keep going, keep trying, and eventually I’d figure it out.
But what actually changed things for me wasn’t doing more - it was learning how to slow down and soften. It was realizing that I didn’t have to carry everything on my own, and that there was something deeper I could trust in the process of my life.
Through sound therapy and body-based work, I experienced what it felt like to truly relax again. I was safe to release what I had been holding, and to feel a sense of calm that didn’t come from control.
That’s the space I now hold for others. I support women through sound therapy and body-based healing sessions designed to help regulate the nervous system and release stored tension.
You don’t have to try harder, you can finally let go a little, and allow your body (and something greater) to do what it already knows how to do.
What this work feels like
When you come into a session, there’s nothing you need to prepare or figure out ahead of time. You’ll simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be supported.
From there, the work begins in a very natural way. The sound and vibration gently guide your body into a more relaxed state, and your nervous system starts to settle without you having to do anything to make it happen.
A lot of people notice that their mind begins to quiet, their body feels heavier in a good way, and areas of tension start to soften on their own.
But beyond the physical experience, something deeper often shifts too.
You stop trying to control everything, stop bracing…
And you start allowing.
In that space, your body begins to release and you may start to feel a sense of clarity or direction that wasn’t there before because you made space for it.

Sound Therapy
Sound therapy is where most people begin.
This is a deeply calming, body-based experience designed to help your nervous system slow down and come out of that constant “on” state. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tense, or like you can’t fully relax, this gives your body a chance to finally soften.
During the session, you’ll be surrounded by the sound of crystal singing bowls, allowing the vibration to move through the body and support the release of tension and stress.
For many people, this is the first time they realize just how much they’ve been holding.
And for some, this is enough.
For others, it opens the door to going deeper - in a way that feels safe and supported.
1:1 Surrender and Flow Mentorship
This is for those who feel ready for something more consistent.
Because the truth is, deeper release doesn’t always happen in one session — and it’s not always meant to.
There’s a process to this work.
Some people aren’t ready to access what’s being held in the body right away, and that’s okay. Your system needs time to feel safe, to settle, and to build trust before deeper layers begin to surface.
That’s what this space is for.
Over a series of sessions (typically in 8-week containers), we work together in a more ongoing way. Each session builds on the last, allowing your body to gradually open, release, and integrate without overwhelm.
Depending on what’s coming up for you, sessions may include:
sound therapy
nervous system support
guided emotional release
deeper energetic clearing
intuitive, body-led guidance
Not as separate services - but as part of a more natural, responsive process.
Because once the body begins to release, it can bring up a range of emotions. And having support through that is what makes the difference between feeling overwhelmed… and actually moving through it.
This is where the work tends to go deeper because you’re not doing it alone, and you’re not starting over each time.
Some aspects of this work are intentionally offered within this container, where there is enough support and consistency for real, lasting shifts to happen.
Tuning Fork Add On
This is a simple but supportive addition to your session.
Tuning forks use gentle vibration to bring attention to specific areas of the body that may be holding tension or discomfort. It’s subtle, but it can help the body begin to soften in more focused areas.
If you’ve been trying to push your way forward and it feels like nothing is really changing, it might not be because you’re doing something wrong.
It might just mean there’s another way.
A way that doesn’t require as much effort.
A way that feels more supportive.
A way where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
You’re allowed to take a step back, to soften and to trust that you’re being guided, even if you can’t fully see it yet.
And from that place, things can begin to open in a way that actually feels sustainable.
The Invitation Inward
Or reach out to connect directly about your healing path.
This is a space where you can finally exhale, let go of some of what you’ve been carrying, and begin to trust the direction your life is unfolding.
